Antoine Fares joined NMP as a law clerk in 2017, and as an Associate in 2019. Mr. Fares concentrates his practice counseling employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes, and also handles education issues. He advises employers on issues related to collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations. He also helps advise and represent employers on issues involving discipline and discharge, disability, discrimination, harassment, and wage-hour compliance. Mr. Fares currently serves as a commentator for the Massachusetts Labor Relations Reporter and the Massachusetts Civil Service Reporter, commenting on noteworthy decisions of the Department of Labor Relations and Civil Service Commission.

Mr. Fares is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where he earned a degree in law and concentrated his studies primarily in Labor and Employment Law. He received the Robert Fuchs Award in recognition of his outstanding performance in an MBA labor law course offered at Suffolk Law and also received the jurisprudence award in labor law.
