Lyndsey B. Davis

Lyndsey Davis has over seven years of experience in the public sector, including most recently, serving as Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Framingham. During her time with the City, she represented and advised City officials, employees, boards and committees regarding cases, claims, labor and employee relations matters, employee discipline and performance, strategy and organizational goals, policies and procedures, Open Meeting Law and Public Records Requests, and adjudicatory proceedings.

Before starting her career as a municipal attorney, Lyndsey was an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted hundreds of cases in numerous district and superior courts. There, she frequently negotiated plea agreements, prepared witnesses for hearings, and tried many cases before judges and juries involving serious misdemeanor and felony offenses.
