This webinar, sponsored by the Education Law Practice Group of the Massachusetts Bar Association, is designed for attorneys who represent parents and students, school districts, and public and private special education schools in matters before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA).

Reece Erlichman, director of the BSEA, will review how matters are being processed at the BSEA under the governor’s emergency order. Other panelists, including experienced attorneys who represent parents and school districts, will discuss ways to work together collaboratively to develop strategies for addressing BSEA cases during the COVID-19 emergency — both while schools are physically closed and when they reopen. There will be an opportunity for questions.

This webinar will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by noon on Monday, April 27, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent after noon on April 27.
