We also have experience litigating matters before state courts and state and federal administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, the Commonwealth Employment Relations Board, the Division of Unemployment Assistance, the Civil Service Commission and the Bureau of Special Education Appeals. Our attorneys have represented municipalities in hundreds of cases before arbitrators under labor agreements, and we are experienced in various alternative dispute resolution procedures.
